Book Your Appointment 2-3 Days in Advance
Allow your skin time to fully absorb the spray tan for the best results. Waiting 2-3 days ensures a radiant, even glow for your big event.
Complete All Beauty Services First
Finish treatments like waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials or massages before your spray tan. This prevents your tan from rubbing off and ensures it stays flawless.
Shower Several Hours Before
Ensure your skin is completely dry before your spray tan session, as wet skin can lead to uneven or patchy results.
Exfoliate Before Your Spray Tan
Exfoliate your skin at least 24 hours before your spray tan to ensure an even application and avoid discolouration. Avoid waxing or shaving on the day of your tan. Steer clear of Dove soaps and body washes, as they can leave a barrier on your skin. For best results, we recommend using a sulphate-free body wash like Sunescape Hydrating Shower Gel or Exfoliating Body Wash.
Avoid Moisturisers & Body Oils
Steer clear of moisturisers, body oils and makeup before your spray tan, as they can prevent the tan from adhering properly. If you plan to have a message beforehand, opt for a massage cream instead to maintain your tan’s flawless finish.
Wear Loose-Fitting Clothes
After your spray tan, opt for loose, dark clothing to avoid smudging. Avoid tight fabrics like denim or restrictive pants. Flip-flops are ideal for footwear and if possible, go without a bra. If needed, choose a strapless or bandeau bra for minimal impact on your tan.
